The purpose of this position is to measure individual performance quality and identify training needs through the review and assessment of completed claims involving appeals and rating decisions.

• Performs individual quality reviews to determine the rating quality level of individual DROs and RVSRs for purposes of individual performance standards in accordance with an established monthly schedule. - Conducts focused "in-process reviews" for cases to determine the accuracy of claims action taken. • Responsible for sharing rating quality trend information with management on an ongoing basis and with the DROs and RVSRs during training sessions.

• The incumbent carries out required performance of this position as transportation program support assistant Guest Relations Program to the Office of Veteran Experience. In this position, you will serve as an Emergency Management Specialist (Public Assistance Group Supervisor) for Region One.

This announcement is for a position as a CORE (Cadre of On-Call Response/Recovery Employee). CORE employees are full-time employees hired to directly support the response and recovery efforts related to disasters. Employees are hired under the Robert T. They can be hired under a streamlined process instead of a competitive process. After three years of continuous service, Stafford Act employees may be granted competitive eligibility to apply for permanent full-time positions at FEMA.
