Post/peri CCT applications are welcome for this exciting consultant post in Infectious Diseases (8 PAs) and Acute Medicine (2 PAs) at Ealing Hospital, London North West University NHS Trust.

London North West University Healthcare has one of the largest ID units in the UK, based at Ealing and Northwick Park Hospitals. Due to the size and diversity of the local population and proximity to Heathrow, the trust is the busiest TB unit in the UK, a regional referral centre for MDR TB and imported infections, the North Outer West London site for HIV inpatient care and a treatment centre for viral hepatitis and has a highly successful ambulatory ID service including OPAT.

This post would join a consultant team with diverse interests and expertise sharing in both inpatient and outpatient care including a choice of speciality clinics (including Tuberculosis, ambulatory ID, HIV, OPAT, viral hepatitis). The post holder will be based at Ealing and will contribute to our highly rated undergraduate and postgraduate training as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for Imperial College and will have the opportunity to contribute to our clinical research programme.
This appointment will also add to the current team of acute medicine and specialty physicians supporting Acute Medicine at Ealing Hospital.

Work with colleagues in the frailty team to identify patients who would benefit from proactive review. Work with colleagues to undertake patient reviews in a holistic way. Review patients recently discharged from hospital, at risk of decompensation or who have had contact with urgent care services. Support medication reviews in collaboration with pharmacy technicians, ensuring safe and effective medication management. Play a key role in expanding proactive care reviews for long-term conditions and frailty management. Potential to be involved in some care home work, depending on the evolution of the project. The Ealing Crisis & Home Treatment Team (ECAHTT) are currently offering a Permanent opportunity to a Social Worker, to join the team.

This 9 to 5 role will have a special emphasis around improving access, flow and discharged from the West London Crisis Recovery House (WLCRH). The post entails taking responsibility for assessment and management of service users experiencing a crisis that may, without CAHTT intervention require a hospital admission. These referrals will be coming from a variety of sources (LPS, Inpatient Wards, Community Teams and other CAHT Teams & SPA). You will be dealing with these referrals that have very specific response times and liaising with relevant professionals. You will also have significant managerial & operational responsibility day to day.

CAHTT is a multidisciplinary team. We work closely with Inpatient Services, SPA, MINT, Early Intervention, Social Services, the Police, Statutory and Voluntary agencies. This would be a really exciting time to join the team as the function of the team is changing and the Band 7 Senior Crisis Care Practitioner role is key to these changes.

Regular monthly supervision and reflective practice will be provided. As a Senior Practitioner within the team you will be working shift work 37.5 Hours a week. The post holder should have a variety of significant experience and previous community experience would be ideal.

What is the job of a Recycling and Collections Operative…

You will work as part of a small team and will be pivotal in the roadside collection of waste and recycling across the brough of
Hounslow. You will be collecting a variety of waste streams including dry recyclables, refuse, garden waste, food waste or bulky
waste from residents and businesses, you will also…

* Ensure that all allocated works are completed within the planned timescales and that all non-collections are reported using the
in-cab system.
* Carefully load material into vehicles clearing all spillages made during operations.
* Return all containers neatly to the curtilage of the property.
* To assist the driver when manoeuvring the vehicle especially when reversing to ensure safety of yourself and the public.

Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
