In this role you will be working in Specialist Together Trust settings.

You will draw on knowledge and expertise in neurodiversity and work closely with settings that support learners with autism and social communication differences. You will support the needs of learners with complex learning and developmental needs, and you will have opportunities to work in other settings on externally commissioned projects across the region, including work in mainstream and community settings.

You will be able to build relationships with those you support, take a reflective approach and work in cycles of ‘assess, plan, do review’ to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people. You will be supported by and will support a small team of Educational Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists using formal and informal supervision, and you will be able to shape and contribute to the development of a service that is inclusive and celebratory of the experiences of the thoughts and ideas people bring.
