Lead the frailty team whilst on direct clinical care. Attend Frailty team meetings. Attend service improvement meetings. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to work with a range of clients carrying out maintenance and repair, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract. To ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards. To ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales.
This is a field based, mobile position covering the Lincolnshire and Peterborough areas in the East Midlands. The postcodes that the role covers are: LN. PE. This role is working for high street retailers & banks clients for the TS-Mobile division.
Salary: The salary is based between £30,744- £50,000 and benefits, depending upon qualifications and skillsets.
You'll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports. You'll ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales, ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified. As a Gas Engineer you will also need to carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively.

The ideal candidate must have commercial Gas tickets, will be Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role.
Candidates must be able to be on a call out rota to provide clients with full out of hours cover and assist other team members when required or as directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager. You'll need to have a proactive approach to sourcing additional opportunities or works on sites and source and provide required information for quotes. You'll also monitor visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety and issue appropriate Permits, controlling small works and escort duties as required.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion of their European Headquarters an opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled welder/fabricating engineer and enthusiastic team player, based in the factory, to become a key member supporting the Manufacturing Department. Duties will include;
* Fabricate parts from drawings
* Class 1 Fabrication to BS EN 287, ASME IX, 15614, NORSOK M601
* Prepare parts for welding (saw, pillar drill, grinding, pipe bending, pipe threading, weld preparation)
* Welding activities to class 1 standards using TIG/MIG/MAG/Flux Core welding on common welded joints

The CANDIDATE
The right candidate will possess;
* Experience within a similar environment

The PCNs vision is to work together to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and staff. You will work in close partnership with our member practice teams as well as health, statutory and voluntary groups to create effective help and support for those that need it whilst being a key point of contact to enable patients to be supported within their local community. Empowering people to take control of their health and wellbeing through GP referral to non-medical Community Link Workers CLWs based in GP surgeries who give time, focus on what matters to me and take a holistic approach, connecting people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support. Community Link Workers work collaboratively with all local partners. Social prescribing can help to strengthen community and personal resilience and reduces health inequalities by addressing the wider determinants of health, such as debt, poor housing, and physical inactivity, by increasing peoples active involvement with their local communities. It particularly works for people with long-term conditions including support for mental health, for people who are lonely or isolated, or have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing. Key responsibilities Liaise and engage with member practices to ensure Community Link Workers SPLWs are valued and effective members of the PCN team.
