Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, and issuing purchase orders.
2. Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, including order details, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
4. Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Cina.
