About the role

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Admin Officer / Executive to join our team at Darco Industrial Water Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other reporting requirements to ensure monthly closuring schedules prepares timely. The incumbent collects, review, and analyzes financial and statistical information. 
• Handling administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and general office support
• Prepares and documents the year-end audit and provides assistance to auditors.
• Helping to implement and maintain financial and administrative policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the finance and accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of the department
• Ensure payroll and computation is done on time.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the accounting/finance industry for officer level
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the accounting/finance industry for executive level
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• To provide sales and services to existing and prospective customers
• To provide Industrial water treatment plant solutions and improvement plans to customer.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Plan, Organize and Control task for Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians
• Support superior offices in the Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Supervisors and Technicians

As a CNC programmer, you will read and interpret technical blueprints, input the design specifications, adjust the machine cutting paths, and perform quality checks on the final product. To ensure success as a CNC Programmer, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. Ultimately, a top-class CNC programmer works quickly and efficiently, ensuring all products meet the specifications of the client.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
• Inputting the product design into the computer modelling software.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Create CNC program for new development projects, typically direct from a drawing.
• Calculate and write programs for CNC work centres to fabricate component parts to stated engineering specifications.
