Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will help promote our agency online to attract job seekers in the F&B, logistics, and retail sectors. This role includes creating content, managing social media, and running online ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Marketing Plans: Develop strategies to attract candidates for F&B, logistics, and retail jobs.
- Content Creation: Write posts for our website, social media, and emails to engage job seekers.
- Manage Social Media: Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Run Ads: Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Email Campaigns: Design email newsletters to inform candidates about job openings.
- Analyze Results: Track and report on the success of marketing efforts.
- Work with Teams: Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, especially in recruitment or relevant industries.
- Knowledge of social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Good communication skills.
- Creative and able to work well in a team.
