Maintenance Engineer permanent up to £45k three rotating shifts
To maintain all manufacturing plant, equipment and facilities in good working order. Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time between failure (MTBF) while reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR). Maintenance Planner to work alongside engineering team colleagues to provide an efficient and effective maintenance planning support to the team ensuring a smooth operation. Supporting both internal and external customers ensuring all planning and administration duties relating to Engineering Projects are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

Engineering document supply and control (SOP's, Risk Assessments etc.)

Your role involves skilful preparation of complex North Indian, specifically Punjabi Curry dishes cuisine dishes and specialities specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality North Indian & Punjabi Curry dishes & Specialties
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
