Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. The Planetary Health Initiative is SDGHI’s newest strategic initiative. Planetary health pertains to the integrated state of health of both people and the planet. It recognizes that people’s health is now greatly shaped by human-driven global environmental change, such as climate change, environmental pollution, rapid urbanisation, biodiversity loss, among others. Addressing these interlocking challenges requires concerted actions within and beyond the health sector, spanning diverse disciplines and nations.

During the Initiative’s inaugural phase, the Institute will focus on launching new educational and capacity-building activities, conducting landscape analysis of the current state of play especially at the regional level, exploring research collaborations with other planetary health-oriented groups within Singapore and beyond, and implementing policy influencing and advocacy activities – all geared towards positioning the Institute as an emerging thought leader in planetary health in Asia and beyond.

The Research Fellow will be part of the Initiative’s inaugural team and will significantly contribute to the early development of the Institute’s planetary health portfolio. BIM COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans;

· Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;

· Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;

· Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;

· Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience

· At least 3-5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience

· At least 2-4 completed Revit projects

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam

Job Description:

• Developing and optimizing thin film processes, such as Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) and e-Beam Evaporation for Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS), Wide-Band-Gap (WBG) and Photonics applications.
• Thin film property characterization and process issue troubleshooting.
• Develop film defect reduction and yield improvement strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues in integration teams.
• Work with Fab team in establishing statistical process control for thin film module.
• Generate and present reports to both internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or closely related fields are welcome to apply.
• 3+ years direct industry experience in PVD and evaporation is preferred.
• Good understanding of thin film deposition techniques, defect reduction methodologies, yield improvement and thin film property characterization is desired.
• Understanding of thin film tool hardware, especially PVD and evaporation, is advantageous.
• Knowledge and prior hands-on experience on basic process characterization techniques such as SEM/TEM, EDX, SIMS, FTIR, XPS, ellipsometry is advantageous.
• Good understanding of thin film deposition techniques, defect reduction methodologies, yield improvement and thin film property characterization is desired.
• Possess good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with ability to deliver clear and concise messages to both internal and external stakeholders.
