Major Duties:

• Creates, designs, and reproduces posters, flyers, brochures, and booklets for facility services pertaining to patient and staff communication products. These products range from simple to complex and most are performed via computer, scanner, laser, and/or a color and copy machine.
• Produces graphic displays to include cutting, mounting, and laminating.
• Sets up, programs, and operates a computerized, high volume copier.
• Responsible for equipment on the Equipment Inventory Listing (EIL).
• Effectively communicates to assure customers are adequately informed of requirements and expectations.
• Maintains inventory needed for duplication throughout the health care system and keeps supervisor informed of all inventory needs in advance of stock depletion.
• Identifies and reports problems which negatively impact patient treatment and/or public relations in a timely manner through appropriate supervisor.

• Prepares system documentation for assignments in accordance with Federal, agency, major command, and local standards.
• Reviews proposals for change which consist of objectives, scope, and users' expectations for GOTS and/or COTS solutions primarily with Microsoft 0365 and SharePoint,
• Prepares testing and implementation plans.
• Provides consultation and instruction to functional area users on GOTS and COTS solutions, database and file accessing techniques, trouble shooting, problem resolution and testing techniques.
• Performs in-depth analysis of automated and manual system to accomplish design and programming assignments.
• You will monitor staff IT issues, submit work tickets, and work to resolve issues pertaining to network access, software needs, and hardware.

• Temporarily reassigns vehicles based on emergency needs and looks at other alternatives to address emergency needs such as rental vehicles when appropriate.
• Participates with the Staff Officer in annual work planning, establishment of work programs and review and evaluations of operations involving support of the Forest’s Mission.
• Provides advice and information to managers and supervisors on procedures and policies related to Fleet management in order to ensure there are enough vehicles and equipment for safe and efficient operations.
• Prepares documents to obligate funds.
• Completes analysis such as utilization of fleet and equipment, and analysis on problems with equipment and recommends solutions.
• Monitors vehicles accidents and repairs and reports accidents to safety officer for mitigation measures, if needed, and reports unusual repairs that indicate improper use of equipment to the supervisor for further action.
• Makes recommendations to forest managers on vehicles and equipment replacement needs based upon maintenance costs, age, use, condition and the needs of the project.
• Determines requirements and develops justifications for vehicles needed in support of the Forests. Places vehicles at appropriate locations on the Forests based on need.

• You will serve as the primary liaison for all incoming contacts to the Department.
• You will greet visitors, process requests for appointments, receive and relay messages, and maintain professional decorum, neatness and cleanliness of all common areas in office suite.
• You will answer incoming phone calls and inquiries from visitors, using utmost discretion in screening and referring calls/visitors to the appropriate staff member or attorney.
• You will respond to routine and highly technical requests for information such as status reports, suspense dates for matters requiring regulatory compliance, and similar information readily available in files and databases.

You will:

• Serve as both a senior technical expert and project manager for the East Palestine Train Derailment (EPTD) Superfund site.
• Serve as senior technical advisor and policy expert on matters involving cleanup activities at the EPTD Superfund site and represent the Superfund program to a variety of functional area organizations.
• Serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to commit resources and provide oversight of
  contractors and interagency agreement and cooperative agreement holders.

You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.

This position functions as a Sex Offender Program Specialist within a Bureau of Prisons (BOP) federal correctional facility. Responsible for providing comprehensive clinical psychological services to inmates in the Sex Offender Program (SOP). Principal function is that of a provider of treatment and/or behavioral management services for the SOP. The specialist may provide direct services from a unit-based residential treatment program within the facility, which houses and serves offenders, or to inmates participating in nonresidential sex offender treatment or management services.

Responsible for assisting in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of a wide variety of assessment instruments and procedures, including specialized sex offender specific instruments, under the supervision of a doctoral level psychologist. Required to review data from direct interviews with participants and records containing social, educational, personal, and institutional adjustment information, to assist in preparing or contribute to reports for various uses.

These reports include behavioral management reports or plans to manage risk in the institution or community; discharge reports on offenders releasing to the community; pre-certification review cases on inmates under consideration for petition of certification as a sexually dangerous person; and clinical case management documentation on inmates participating in program components of the SOP.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location until appointed into a store
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
