Job Purpose The Call Referral Handlers within the First Response Service help to underpin all of our clinical activity, meaning this dedicated and enthusiastic 24/7 workforce is vital to the delivery ofa high standard of care. About You

You will have experience of:

Evidence of relevant continuing professional development.

Proven experience of working alongside senior managers in a change management role within complex, large-scale or cross-organisational change efforts.

Experience of creating and implementing new processes, resulting in an improvement.

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Practical experience of mentoring and training others in the use of change management methodologies.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone, format or content of communications to meet the needs of the audience.

Full valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Garrison Facilities Coordinator responsibilities are:

Responsible for the administration of RMB Chivenor’s Two Short Term Family Amenities. Co-ordinating bookings, reporting defects and monitor inventories utilising the current management information systems.
To be the Fund Treasurer for RMB Chivenor Amenities which includes the PRI shop and Water Resource Centre, maintaining all financial records using the online Management Information System.
Scrutinise all paperwork relating to I.T. purchasing requests to ensure completion at relevant sections by Sqn OC’s / Budget Manager as required.
To be an EPC holder ensuring correct monthly compliance for all purchases, goods, and services.
To act as the Secretary for nominated Squadron management meetings, producing minutes and Record of Decisions.
To work collaboratively within the Support Squadron team providing cover in other AO roles during leave and planned absences.
Carry out any other task appropriate to the grade, level of training and / or experience.

Additional responsibilities

Assist Support Squadron with all Contract, Purchasing and Finance (CP&F).Training will be provided.
Assist with all Low Value Purchase (LVP) requests. Training will be provided.

Are you looking for a new challenge and to utilise your coordination skills? Do you want to make a difference? Have you recently finished your studies at school, college or University and looking for a new full time position? If so, then this may be the role for you. We are looking for a Rota Coordinator to help with our Rota filling and join us on a permanent basis, covering our Devon Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) services. In this role, you will be creating accurate rotas to ensure that all areas of the service are covered by clinicians and operational staff alike. You would be using shift pattern information and would also be calling bank and locum staff to arrange shifts. You will finalise rotas on a long term basis as well as arranging immediate cover when required. As well as current staff rotas, you would also be in contact with new staff on a regular basis. This would include arranging training and inductions and that they have supplied any outstanding paperwork before commencing their first shift. Whilst speaking to staff and arranging shifts, you would also be reporting any queries and problems that arise, assisting in investigations where necessary. This may include any expected shortages on the rotas, or noting any trends in staffs ability to cover shifts such as late arrivals or non-attendance.
