A SUPPLY TECHNICIAN, GS-2005-6, (1) Incumbent is responsible to provide technical assistance to subordinate elements, the headquarters logistics section, and other staff sections concerning logistics and maintenance management. Assists in providing proficiency training for logistical personnel within the command. Reviews current and future equipment authorization documents and provides recommendations for modification. Performs random reviews of subordinate organization expendable/durable requisitions. Assists in monitoring funds availability in accordance with regulations and the commander's priorities. Executes supply and maintenance discipline inspections and other like evaluations of subordinate logistical operations. Performs assistance visits in the areas of supply and maintenance. Ensures regulatory compliance concerning the proper storage and security of organizational equipment. Audits personal clothing records at subordinate elements. Examines organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE) reports to ensure the completion of supply actions of subordinate organizations.
(2) Provides input for the development of command logistics policies. Consolidates organization level logistics feeder information for the organizational readiness report. Assists in preparing logistics plans for scheduled training. Coordinates for the receipt and issue of billeting, equipment, and supplies for training. Reviews Reports of Survey, Cash Collections, and Statements of Charges for property loss or damage. Reviews and forwards adjustment documents. Assists in monitoring high priority requisitions, reviews on-hand levels of equipment, identifies equipment excess and shortages, and reviews and coordinates transfers of equipment. Monitors the execution of lateral transfers required to support deployment operations. Assists in the coordination and assures the receipt, inventory, and issue of new equipment fielded to the command. Prepares or reviews convoy requests, movement plans, and transportation requests for movement of equipment and personnel. Reviews and forwards the Army Unit Equipment List to higher headquarters. Inputs transportation data into supporting automation systems for the purpose of developing transportation plans for deployment operations. Prepares reports, schedules repair or maintenance, and requests replacement of GSA vehicles.
(3) Performs as a technical specialist in food service administration. Reviews and forwards subsistence requests and consumption reports. Adjusts scheduled meal menus based on training requirements. Reviews annual training (AT) and inactive duty training (IDT) food service records and provides guidance to logistical and food service personnel.
(4) Prepares requests and coordinates receipt of bulk and package petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL). Coordinates and completes turn-in actions for POL. Prepares or assists in the preparation of ammunition requests. Coordinates and assists in the receipt, issue, and turn-in of ammunition and residue. Forwards reports of ammunition usage for reconciliation. Coordinates the request, issue, and turn-in of medical supplies. May be required to receive and issue billets, equipment, and supplies for training. Individual must hold current hazardous material (HAZMAT) certification for the purpose of hazardous materials handling/reporting and environmental safety.
(5) May be required to coordinate with local officials, service organizations, etc., for a variety of purposes: armory security coordination with police, rental of the armory, recruiting activities, and organizational participation in celebrations. May coordinate the equipment requirements to support school activities such as "career days" for the purpose of informing individuals and groups of the benefits of belonging to the National Guard.

As a Site Manager working for UKPS (part of Last Mile), you will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and play a pivotal role within the Operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within your region, managing the day-to-day operations of the multi-utility workforce to ensure efficiency and compliance at all levels.

Leading a team of site-based Craft teams, you will deliver a programme of work, maintaining the highest standards in network construction while driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.

Your responsibilities as a Site Manager (Multi-Utility):

Manage the Multi-Utility (Gas/Water) teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of scheduled works and site supervision of operatives and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with safety.
Conduct monthly audits on operational teams to ensure high standards of work and equipment maintenance – conducting remedial action where required and closing out any corrective action in a timely manner.
They will ensure that the upcoming programme of work is adequately resourced, sites are pre-vetted, and materials are ordered and managed in line with requirements.
Check content of work instructions to ensure works are viable and ensure correct materials will be available.
Be the initial point of contact to craft teams for technical, material, and administrative matters.
Support the scheduling team by reviewing the programme in advance and providing feedback to ensure teams are deployed in the most effective way


Experience / Knowledge:

Previous experience of water/gas distribution networks.
Experienced in managing multiple projects/teams across different locations.
Experienced in dealing with internal and external site-based workforce.
Ability to apply Company design/planning procedures and requirements.
Organised, methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills

Provide skilled paediatric nursing care to children and young people within their own home, school or nursery settings to ensure families are supported in the care of their children in the community. Ensure continuity of care is established and appropriate support available for children, young people and families, with the aim of preventing unnecessary admission or attendance at hospital and facilitating earlier discharge where appropriate from both local and tertiary hospitals. Act as a named nurse for a caseload of generic children and young people responsible for planning and co-ordinating care, delivering and evaluating the care given as well as on going complex case management. Must be able to use own initiative and work autonomously to provide skilled care. Supervision and support available from Lead Nurse. Promote the health, comfort, dignity, privacy and quality of life for children young Work within the limits of the NMC code and guidelines, Trust policies, service operational policy and own professional competence. Liaise with other members of a multi-professional multi-agency team regarding clinical management of patients to ensure effective treatment, by organising, liaising and coordinating care, taking the lead in decision making when appropriate. Ensure prescribed nursing care is carried out in line with local and national policies including administration of SC / IV / Central IV treatments, taking of blood samples or specimens as required. When appropriate ensure prescribed medication is administered correctly and safely (single checker procedure). Clinicians with a V300 or V100 qualification are required to undertake a prescribing function within the role, which will include; maintaining their current registration with their professional body. Ensure they register with the Trust prescribing administrator. Fulfil all relevant continuing Professional development requirements. Identify their own development needs in regard to prescribing. Work in accordance with the Trust Medicines Policy (DN014) and relevant procedures. Competently deliver / advise on specialist evidence based practice within the community setting as required e.g. wound management / gastrostomy care / oxygen dependency / portacaths / technology dependent children. Provide skilled, evidenced based, sensitive care to children and young people who require end of life care. Providing them with comprehensive care through the 24 hour period. Liaise closely with other agencies to ensure good care assessment and delivery allowing the child, young person and family choice at the end of life stage.

Salary: up to £83k My client are a well known facilities maintenance and building contractor, they are looking for an experienced facilities contracts manager who is from a hard services background to take on a contract on a large Hospital site on the outskirts of Cambridge.
They are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management including all Mechanical, electrical and fabric services on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining client relationships, and optimising contract performance. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and administer facilities management contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities Maintenance, with a strong emphasis on contract management.
• Ideally PFI knowledge and experience
• Technically qualified either electrically or mechanically
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
