menyelesaikan penghantaran.

4. Menghantar borang kerja harian dan lampiran yang lengkap setiap kali selesai bertugas.

5. Memastikan dokumen yang perlu dihantar kepada pihak Pelanggan syarikat adalah

lengkap.

6. Mendapatkan rehat yang cukup untuk mengelakkan kelesuan (fatigue).

7. Memastikan memakai pakaian PPE dengan lengkap seperti yang ditetapkan oleh pihak

Pelanggan syarikat.

8. Memastikan kenderaan, tangki, dan peranti keselamatan di dalam kenderaan berfungsi

dengan baik sebelum memulakan perjalanan penghantaran.

9. Melaporkan kemalangan kepada pihak operasi secepat mungkin sekiranya berlaku

kemalangan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that health, safety and security rules are followed.
• Ensures that all team members adhere to company policies with regards to attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
• Take disciplinary action when needed and report any discrepancies. 
• Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by supervisor.
• Monitoring stock supplies levels and report to the Manager for stock level issues.
• Responsible for the encoding of encoders items damaged every end of the month for their deduction.
• Responsible for pull out items of encoders on the rack for fix and reshoot.
• Follow the standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers and supervise the work of junior staff. 
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills required.
• Discuss and presents information and issues to the superior.
• Presents problem analysis of operational issues to the manager and try to resolve.
• Analyze data for the future needs when it comes to the missing items.
• Take responsibility of checking the day to day encoded items to refill on the next day.
• Assist and ensuring that all stock checking and refilling of items are efficient.
• Consistently monitor the miss picking of items by doing a day-to-day analysis report.
• Demonstrate ability to interact well on all levels.
• Perform daily inspection in the rack/warehouse grounds.

Business Planning 

• Contribute to business strategy by supporting the business line in identifying, prioritizing, and building people capabilities, structuring and improve processes

Workforce Management 

• Guide line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the function/ business strategy. Highlight and where appropriate recommend solutions to address any resulting issues.
• Establish the line's manpower issues and needs and make timely recommendation to address the issues.
• Advise the line on headcount management within the allocated budget.
• Perform Hiring, Transfer and Exits activities.
• Establish the sourcing strategies for cost-effectiveness of the hiring process and be accountable for vacancy fulfillment.
• Conduct joint interviews with the line where possible to ensure the right candidate for the right position.
• Assist the line in defining the position requirements and core competency requirements and performance management of the position. 

Talent & Staff Development Management

• Guide the line manager in the successor/talent selection process, if any.
• Guide the line managers and staff on managing career development methodologies 

Change Management

• Provide guidance to line manager in understanding the need for change, identify the change requirements, and to support continuous improvement.
• Undertake ad-hoc functional or cross-functional change management projects, where assigned.
• Support change initiatives that affects the business and advice on people management aspect.
• Support culture and team building for the functions/areas 

Requirements 

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR functional roles, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and change management.
