About us Lledr Hall Outdoor Education Centre is Salford City Council’s residential adventure education Centre. The Centre is located near the village of Dolwyddelan about 5 miles from Betws y Coed in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. It caters for a wide range of groups from across the City of Salford and occasionally further afield. These include schools, youth groups of all ages, school staff, community groups and occasionally corporate clients. We hold the AHOEC Gold, CLOtC Quality badge and AdventureMark award which recognise the high quality of teaching and learning delivered at the Centre.
About the Role We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and excellent teacher to join the existing team.

- Can deliver exciting and engaging adventure activity sessions that assist young people to achieve their potential.

- Has a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.
You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Centre and this will include working on evenings and weekends.

Visits to the Centre by prospective candidates are warmly welcomed.
Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
