Lead our U13-U14 groups at our category 1 boy’s academy
We are recruiting for an experienced coach to mentor and develop elite players, primarily within the U13-U14 age group, to facilitate their transition from the foundation phase to the youth development phase. The ultimate goal is to prepare these players for success at the highest level of professional football. You will be a part of leading a positive and growth-oriented culture, both for the players and the coaching staff, while delivering age-appropriate training. Additionally, the position will require active contribution to our long-term player development pathway, ensuring a focus on continuous development, excellence, and achieving the highest standards.
Your background
We are seeking a dynamic coach with excellent interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry and the professional game in a similar or related role. You will have ideally worked in an elite football academy previously.
The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:
• UEFA ‘A’ Coaching Licence (or working towards)
• FA Advanced Licence Youth Award (FP Phase)
• FA Emergency Aid Certificate
• FA Safeguarding certificate
