  • 與主要利益相關者以及莊園周圍的當地政府和社區建立關係。
  • 檢查種植園並在每次訪問後準備提交書面報告，詳細說明莊園各方面的狀況和條件以及必要的建議。
  • 根據公司提供的慣例和指南，規劃、組織、實施和控制莊園內的所有運作和活動。
  • 提供有效的領導和激勵。
  • 準備必要的每日/每週/每月報告以提交給高級經理。

要求

• • 候選人必須擁有農業/水產養殖/園藝/種植園文憑/學位或同等學歷。
  • 至少 8 年油棕種植園/經濟作物產業及泥炭土開發管理職缺相關工作經驗。
  • 具有高度的獨立性、正直性、自我激勵性。
  • 良好的英語能力（書面和口語）
  • 健康狀況良好。必須能夠在偏遠地區工作。
  • 良好的商業頭腦
  • 以結果為導向，追求卓越
  • 出色的解決問題的能力和領導能力以及良好的人際交往能力。
