You’re a caring, can-do person, experienced in garden maintenance and upkeep. Ideally, some of that has been gained in a care home setting. You’ve got a good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths. As well as being very practical, you like dealing with people. You’re happy building good relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors. You’re a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and use your initiative to solve problems.
