Responsibilities:
1. Managing Programmes
1.1 Prepare the Annual Training Calendar
1.2 Assist in the planning and managing of training events
1.3 Prepare and maintain the Training Progress Report, including the Profit & Loss Reporting
1.4 Manage and market Conferences
1.5 Enhance and manage the Continuing Professional Development in various market segments
1.6 Liaise with supporting partners in managing and marketing programmes
1.7 Handling of marketing channels (e.g. email blasts, websites, etc.) and materials (e.g. buntings, brochures, tokens, etc.)
1.8 Assist in the liaison with collaborators
1.9 Liaison with IIA Global on marketing materials
2. Information and Marketing Platforms Maintenance
2.1 Update and maintain website (PD section), including periodic assessment for enhancement
2.2 Update and maintain conference materials, including conference speakers’ details (both soft and hard copies)
3. Market Intelligence
3.1 Assist in compilation of data for analysis:
- Other training providers, including professional bodies
- Topics and speakers, especially for areas related to internal auditing
- Pricing structure
3.2 Assist in the analysis of data to identify:
- New market (areas and target audience)
- Competitive pricing structure
- Current topics
- Subject Matter experts
4. Ad Hoc Projects
4.1 To be part of the Secretariat team to work on all ad hoc projects organised by the Institute such as AGM, Membership Activities, Awards Presentations, Launches, etc.
