ROLE SUMMARY:  

Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients. 

Elrexfio (elranatamab) is approved across 6 global markets including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting. Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, and there are 4 Phase 3 trials of Elrexfio currently enrolling, which investigate use earlier in MM treatment.

The Global Marketing Director, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio, and will be responsible for leading HCP marketing and brand strategy to maximize the brand opportunity across the lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility will include driving HCP strategies and execution to differentiate Elrexfio currently and in future indications within an increasingly crowded and dynamic MM market, optimizing the omnichannel mix, overseeing CI and competitive insights, and supporting regional and local pull through.   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for safety across the study:

• Provide study team with medical advice for all medical issues during risk assessment and mitigation planning to enable quality, compliance and patient safety at the trial, site and patient level.
• Ensures development of and adherence to the Safety Surveillance Review Plan (SSRP). Consistent with the SSRP, performs and documents regular review of individual subject safety data, and performs review of cumulative safety data with the safety risk lead. Role Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join Rosalind and help deliver our Customer Data Platform services. You will be accountable for technical engineering decisions, solution designs, and delivery, as well as elements of the operation of your assigned services.

In this technical leadership role, you will act as the executor and the visionary behind technical solutions. You will lead teams of between 10 and 25 technical resources to solve complex engineering problems, craft the technical designs and ensure a successful delivery of high-quality products and services from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while sharing responsibility with other program leads for achieving the desired objectives.

You will also be accountable for delivery of security-and privacy-first capabilities while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work as measured by a quarterly Developer’s Experience survey, and alignment and contribution to the service network and technical engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

A normal work week consists of leading one or more teams of engineers to deliver and implement technical solutions, following your design approach to meet your assigned program objectives and KPIs. You will also collaborate closely and often with Chief Marketing Office (CMO) Leads, Digital Leads, and Product Owners, to ensure that technical decisions and their implementation align with broader strategic priorities.

You represent engineering in program and stakeholder meetings, as such you’ll need to be able to think on your feet: provide consultation, identify risks based on a variety of factors, and rely on your past experiences to identify potential solutions and develop ballpark estimates.

The Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Finance will partner with Supply Chain Management to extract hidden competitive advantages in the company’s sourcing, procurement, logistics and distribution chain. This job will create structural transparency and accountability using KPIs. This role will represent the finance agenda in a variety of projects from transformational to tactical that are aimed at improving the financial outcomes of our worldwide operation. These can include maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, reducing inventory, reducing supplier pricing, etc. This position will be one of the leaders tasked with increasing the analytical capability and data driven decision making in procurement and supply chain.

A qualified candidate will be comfortable as a change catalyst.  Candidate needs to have experience in developing multi-year business plans. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a clear strategic vision of how Finance can enable supply chain to optimize the business and organization. Build an organization of analysts to partner with the Operation to achieve financial commitments.

• Provide strategic business leadership with Executive Supply Chain Management on initiatives and sequencing to create a company competitive advantage in sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and procurement cost and sourcing

• Be one of the organizations strongest change catalysts and set that pace within your team of analysts

• Develop multi-year cost and capacity target and glide paths in line with revenue and profitability targets through production and sourcing strategies

• Develop cash targets, inventory goals and BOM targets that tie back to P&L model financial goas.

• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes and the monthly forecasting process for the consolidated Supply Chain.

• Create predictable, sustainable and repeating finance processes. Drive continuous improvement in current processes

• Coordinate the development of annual Supply Chain cost savings initiatives to achieve goals including the monitors and reports the demonstrate monthly progress

• Ensure data driven financial analysis and diligence are part of every important decision made

• Ensure compliance with all corporate accounting, GAAP, IFRS and SOX

• Stay familiar with external, emerging supply chain and bring internally

• Partner and be a peer-to-peer leader with other internal stakeholders groups at GFS

• 10+ years of finance experience with prior procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience

ROLE SUMMARY

• The Director of Strategy and Planning will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and planning of Commercial Analytics & AI initiatives by establishing clear strategic priorities and driving execution effectiveness that address key business challenges and drive growth to deliver on business objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning in the development and execution of the Commercial Analytics and AI strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field force, marketing, analytics engineering, data science, market research and insights and execution functions to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and analytics to drive business performance.
• Design, organize and conduct workshops and meetings to drive priorities and alignment on goals, success metrics, key milestones and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of analytics initiatives and drive adoption across the organization.
• Develop, lead and monitor the schedule, agendas and content development for business review sessions across analytics teams.
• Empower teams to execute and deliver on the strategy, plans, objectives and goals of capabilities and product portfolio by providing best practices facilitating meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and delivery.
• Develop and present clear and compelling business cases, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, utilizing strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create well designed and executed presentations.
• Work with Senior Leaders and Executives across marketing and digital to drive alignment and influence strategy, planning priorities and coordinating intake requests.
• Act as strategy and planning liaison for Commercial Analytics for cross functional initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
