As a CoStar Regional Director, CRE Lender (RD), you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the development and successful delivery of CoStar’s growth objectives for the CoStar Lender solution in your assigned region.  You will be responsible for growing and developing the region’s revenues by selling new subscriptions to new National, Regional, and Community-based lenders; growing existing customer revenues by up-selling & crossing-selling additional CoStar solutions; ensuring all Lender customers have fully onboarded their portfolios onto our platform; and ensuring high levels of customer service and high renewal rates.

You will manage a team of sales professionals who are focused on growing new and existing customer business across the lending industry, driving product usage / adoption, onboarding portfolios, preventing reversals, managing accounts, and providing outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow regional team revenues, meet and exceed monthly/ quarterly / annual sales targets.

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high impact salespeople capable of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field on sales calls with salespeople, providing coaching and training as necessary to enhance sales effectiveness, resulting in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Build and develop critical relationships with top executives at top clients and prospects, getting to know all major accounts in the market.

• Be an integral part of the Lending industry through involvement in key associations and networking groups and providing thought leadership about critical issues.

• Manage the identification, prioritization and winning of new client relationships as well as retention and growth of our current clients.

• Monitor sales performance and hold salespeople accountable to the required level of sales activity and client relationships to ensure the achievement of business performance targets and service standards.

• Active management of team member’s weekly activities, including attending Monday sales calls, onsite CoStar office attendance, and use of Enterprise CRM systems which capture sales activities, sales pipelines, forecasts, activity, and account assignments.

• Establish individual and team performance targets that align with overall business goals. Monitor performance and take action, as necessary, to ensure timely resolution of performance issues and personnel changes required to ensure targets are achieved.

• Develop and mentor all team members.

• Ensure CoStar culture and values are adopted my team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate and / or Lending industry strongly preferred

• Five or more years of progressive experience in a front-line sales leadership role selling data, research and     analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, lending services, business intelligence, or information provider

• Five or more years of experience directly managing 6-12 sales professionals, including the ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team

• Experience being responsible for a book of business more than $25 million in annual revenue

• Experience managing sales efforts in a highly consultative sales process, fast-paced organization, selling to a complex clientele with multiple buying influences

• Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels

• Demonstrated track record of rapidly growing a sales territory or market through organic growth via a combination of new client acquisition and existing account growth and consistently exceeding sales performance targets over multiple years

• Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to retain proven sales producers and remove non-producers

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States to work with Region Directors and Account Executives, develop relationships with key customers and prospects, and represent CoStar at key lending industry events

This position offers a base salary range of $140,000-$150,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.

Job Description

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

This Finance Director/Senior Manager will oversee all finance activities for Teledyne LeCroy’s Test and Measurement Group. Primary activities include providing financial analysis and counsel to multiple vice presidents and general managers regarding business results and actual performance against plans and forecasts in a multi-facility/multi-division global environment.

• This individual will have overall responsibility for preparing financial statements, reports and analysis for our business. This individual will prepare and maintain a complete set of financial statements which includes a balance sheet and related financial reporting information including a profit and loss statement, summary of cash flows and supplemental financial information.
• Additionally, this individual will be responsible for preparing the annual business plans, monthly forecasts and capital budgeting, as well as oversee the financial statements prepared for other affiliates within Teledyne’s T&M Group.
• Works closely with assigned vice presidents and general managers in the areas of financial and business reporting to include: proactive analysis of business trends, forecasting and budgeting, government proposals and reporting requirements and working capital management.  Partner with VPs and General Managers in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with emphasis on top and bottom line performance and maximizing working capital and cash flows. 
• Prepare quarterly finance and business updates alongside Teledyne LeCroy Management; participates in the quarterly OPS Review with Teledyne’s executive management.
• Identify, analyze, and implement initiatives in support of 80/20 metrics and goals.
• Actively participate in the ERP/IT system implementation project. T&M is consolidating several IT systems into one IT system. Additionally, drive the change management of the business processes to support this initiative.
• Establish, maintain and document strong internal control processes meeting Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance requirements. Ensure internal controls are functioning effectively across the group.  Communicate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Develop and train financial staff to ensure accounting records and financial reporting is prompt, accurate and meets business requirements. Motivate and lead a high performance Finance Team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the management and finance team; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to their management career development program.  Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment. 
• Establish and maintain a set of key financial performance indicators for prompt decision-making.
• Act as a liaison to appropriate corporate executives regarding the understanding our goals and objectives.
• Manage strategic/business planning process and effectively oversee the multi-location/multi-currency accounting and treasury Finance Teams.  Ensure proper global consolidation and accounting supports key management initiatives.
• Manage information gathering process for federal, state, local and international tax compliance obligations.

Qualifications:

• Accounting/Finance degree required
• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Solid supervisory skills
• Participation in ERP system implementation/upgrade
• Public accounting, internal audit experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 15 years experience in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
• Contracts & negotiation experience.
• Some international trade experience.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for the Warehouse operational execution, architecture, network design and optimized flow of materials through the network (in/out and thru operations), oversight of N. American Warehouse Network (currently 14 DC's and 52 Cross-Dock locations currently), warehouse operational performance, process & technology platforms, last mile delivery execution (performance); partners with Transportation org for last mile process & technology strategies, 3PL partner management (where applicable), and Quality, Compliance, Cost, Service and Associate performance excellence

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for meeting quality/safety/compliance, service, management, and financial objectives for Supply Chain Management which includes the Distribution Operations function. Provides strategic leadership of short and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company's mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and/or create organizational structure within assigned business unit(s).

• Operates as the strategic subject matter expert for Distribution operations, distribution technology platforms to develop and implement Distribution best practices for efficiency, quality, compliance and service level objective achievement.

• Key contributor to the development of the N. American distribution network optimization strategies & oversees the plans and execution of any network facility optimization efforts.

• Plays key role in the development and implementation of an integrated supply chain strategy and new distribution models.

• Maintains robust quality and H&S system (GMPs, SOPs, lot control, recalls, training, DOT, OSHA) within distribution network.  Maintains robust quality system (GMP's, SOP's, lot control, recalls and training) within the materials management department.

• Oversees the execution of the DC operations to ensure order fill rates and on time delivery of product  to meet customer expectations. 

• Meets total freight and distribution operating budget and materials management operations budget on monthly and annual basis.

• Works directly with sales to assist in new revenue generation and with sales/customer service to resolve service issues.

• Supports renal drug growth initiatives through superior distribution execution with appropriate licenses.

• Develops direct reports into true operational managers with full P&L responsibility and capabilities aligned with network process and platforms.

• Works with VP, SCM and FMC Real Estate organization to negotiate all real estate leases and conduct site selection activities for all distribution facilities.

• Co-leads the development and implementation of new distribution models to improve the fundamental economics of operating the supply chain network.

• Establishes and achieves inventory management targets, including inventory value, days on hand and inventory turns.

• Oversees the purchase of finished goods for re-sale within cost of goods sold target.

• Works directly with Marketing to assist in new revenue generation and product introductions.

• Negotiates major corporate contracts on behalf of the division.

• Leads renal drug due diligence and integration activities with Materials Mgt.

• Ensures that budgets and schedules are within company requirements with significant organizational responsibility for the overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, expense priority management, and recommendation and implementation changes of current methods.

• Interprets and provides recommendations for change of company policies and practices.  Establishes policies for the function.

• 5+ years of experience as a Director or in a senior managerial role.

Job Summary:

The Program Management Director will support a large USAID global health security (GHS) project, managing cross-functional teams from award through close-out. Provides overall strategic direction for project management support including plans to determine technical implementation, activity scheduling, budget, procedures, staffing, and allotment of resources needed for projects. Identifies specialized partnership needs, engages qualified partners to ensure technical performance. Contributes project experience and learning to global thought leadership initiatives in specific area of technical specialization. Plans and directs schedules and monitors budget/spending. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient project implementation. This position will report to the Project Director and act as their backup.This position is contingent upon successful award.

Accountabilities:

• Provide support to the Project Director to ensure the project is implemented in an efficient, compliant, timely and results-oriented manner.
• Serves as the program and country management technical lead and key point of contact for the prime implementing organization on a large project.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget. 

Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Hiring Salary Range: $128,000 - $183,000

ABOUT THE ROLE

CoStar is seeking a Director of Hospitality Market Analytics to join our growing analytics organization. The selected candidate will be CoStar’s subject matter expert on hospitality trends in the Midwest and the Northeast, with responsibility for providing analytic content (listed below) focused on these regions. The Director will play a key role as a client- and industry-facing representative of CoStar and be responsible for delivering CoStar’s view of the market and the outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with the National Director for Hospitality Market Analytics, the Analyst will maintain and deliver frequent in-person market updates to CoStar Market Analytics clients and industry groups, focusing on economic trends and themes within the Northeastern and the Midwestern Hospitality sectors

• Responsible for analyzing market data and drawing insightful conclusions by utilizing all the data available at CoStar and STR to manipulate, aggregate and organize this data to uncover trends, patterns and other insights of interest to the Hospitality industry

• Maintain well-written, timely product market and sub-market reports that includes relevant, insightful, and thought-provoking Hospitality industry commentary

• Produce video updates on key markets, working with CoStar’s video production team, as requested .

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Description:

The Director, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Operations role provides expert leadership and guidance to those that manage and/or lead in operations and facilities (cross platform and function). Job Title: Director, Global Tax Reporting & Transformation

Reports to:  Head of Tax, Global Tax

Location:  Southern California - Remote

The Role

The Director, Global Tax Reporting and Transformation is primarily responsible for providing overall management for global tax reporting and tax process transformation, including tax technology, data implementations and process improvement projects. This position is responsible for developing the global tax reporting and optimize the processes to support the future growth of Deckers and tax transformation based on Tax and business needs, establishing project priorities for Tax, and selecting and implementing all tax technology and data management related improvements, automation, and integration activities.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• 1. Accountable for global tax provision
• 2. Accountable for tax transformation globally
• 3. Consulted on regional tax matters & local reporting
• 4. Accountable for training and tax internal controls

Who You Are

• 1. Proven track record of leadership, technical and strategic competence
• 2. Solid experience and background in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes
• 3. Ability to work cross functionally and globally
• 4. Demonstrated ability to drive effective organizational change in a global organization

We’d love to hear from people with

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or Technology related field
• 2. CPA license and MST/MBA (preferred)
• 3. 7-10 years experience in a major accounting firm and/or publicly traded multinational company
• 4. Extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles US GAAP (ASC 740, ASC 450) with understanding of IFRS
• 5. Knowledge of software and tax specific tools, including but not limited to:
  • ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Data analytics systems (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
  • Vertex, Avalara, Sabrix
  • OneSource Tax Provision
• 6. Knowledge of both domestic and international tax law

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In order to be considered to join our Construction Practice as a Director, you must have demonstrated experience with successful execution of design-build construction projects for Food, Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Life Science sector manufacturing clients.

Strategic Leadership & Client Relations & Business Development

• Project Visionary: Guide projects from conception to fruition, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
• Risk and Contract Savvy: Lead in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and making critical fee and pricing decisions.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for market leaders, symbolizing the face of excellence in project performance.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that every aspect of the project aligns with company standards, industry norms, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Industry Knowledge

• Seasoned Expert: Bring a wealth of 15+ years in diverse construction roles and 8+ years in construction management and leading teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex industrial construction projects end-to-end

• Construction & Design Build Acumen: Show your prowess in Construction and A&E design build projects, with a keen eye for industrial structures. Food, beverage, consumer goods, or life science sector experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record of managing industrial projects valued between $50K and $50M.

• Familiarity with process systems and proficiency in reading P&IDs.
• Safety-focused. Experience implementing comprehensive safety programs and monitoring jobsite safety programs.
• Technologically savvy. Should be adept and quick to learn project management software, scheduling programs, building information systems, etc.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, AHJ meetings, internal meetings, site visits to review project progress and status.

Technical Skills

• Technologically savvy. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Strong grasp of prime contract requirements including creation of estimates, schedules, scopes, budgets.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification.
• Construction project management certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field (preferred).
