OPPORTUNITY

The Program Director, Client Health, will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new client health program in their assigned region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). As a Director in the AP Region, the incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the strategic CSR projects and coordinating the relationship with Global CSR Center of Excellence ensuring that AP CSR is aligned to the Global framework and risk appetite.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Account Director is responsible for seamless delivery on a client account including creation and communication of effective brand strategies, account staffing and oversight of all client relations and presentations; while providing active support and oversight to an Account Service team.

• Manages a number of key client relationships
• Acts as the first point of contact for client questions and requests

You will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Own and drive top line revenue growth for Epsilon’s MarTech business.
• Strategic & consultative sales planning.
• Lead conversations with CMOs/CIOs of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of both Epsilon’s MarTech and AdTech offerings.
• Orchestrate work between the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high quality service.
• Act as the voice of the clients across the organization and champion Epsilon’s products and solutions with the clients.
