Serve as Project Manager during the design and construction phase of the new factory. Overseeing all local project management activities. Reports to Focus global operation director during the project stage.
Co-responsible with the China Project team to complete the design and execution of the construction of the factory
Ability to manage people at all levels to accomplish operation objectives. Management of up to 70 persons.
Provide leadership to local employees and implement effective and efficient organisation for the factory.
Manufacturing and project background to oversee all aspects of construction and manufacturing inclusive of quality, resource planning, production and logistics, and best work practices.
Responsible to meet all legal and environmental requirements for the facility and be the lead liaison with the governmental authority.
Responsible for the operating results of the facility, exclusive of sales.
Responsible for best in class operation to ensure the best possible safety and quality results.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven and results oriented
Good oral and written skills in English and Malay, Mandarin preferred.
15 years work experience above, preferably in various key project, manufacturing or senior management positions.
Previous Multi-national company experience a plus
Working experience in manufacturing finance and metrics
