BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Ensures that all parentage and support filings and branch procedures comply with the requirements of all relevant statutes, regulations, rules, and business practices

2. Applies an extensive knowledge of installation operations and DoD, DAF, and G-MAJCOM guidance to direct complex strategic planning and exercise efforts. Utilizes qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques that frequently require modification to fit a wide range of variables to determine the unit's ability to accomplish the mission(s). Reviews the adequacy and currency of installation exercise policy guidance and instructions, and updates as necessary to incorporate program changes or to address areas where improvement is required. The Assistant Director, of EEO Complaints, serves as a first-line supervisor for staff conducting EEO Formal Complaints programs, ensuring that program operations and projects are conducted in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Serves as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Specialist and the principal advisor on EEO Formal Complaints. Manages, directs, oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the EEO Formal Complaints programs.
