You don't need industry experience. If you have great people skills, and a real commercial focus, you could be perfect for this role.

What you'll do


* make sure client needs, service levels and KPIs are met
* be clients' main point of contact; supporting and guiding with the help of the wider team
* support funerals - conducting the ceremony, leading the team and carrying the deceased when necessary
* make sure all regulated work, including funeral planning appointments, is referred to a 'certified colleague'
* build and maintain relationships with the team, clients and the community

Education and Training Quality Improvement and Performance To emphasise the importance and promote the development of a quality learning environment for all learners. Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality Improvement Assist in the development of quality processes which are complementary across the healthcare workforce. Your new role
As the new Project Lead, you'll be responsible for liaising with the client on all aspects of the project, working alongside the client to understand their goals and aspirations. In addition to the above, you will ensure compliance, aid coordination between members of the design team and appoint specialists and conduct project presentations.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a diverse range of skills and experience, from building surveying, engineering, architecture, or design management, and would be interested in developing your career in a transformative direction. Preferably, you will be based in Cambridgeshire or London with a track record of project management and delivery of varying scales. You will be passionate about working together with clients and demonstrate a proactive and solution-based approach. It is likely you will be degree qualified, or equivalent, in a relevant industry discipline.
