Your new role

You will have solid experience of operating in the financial services sector and be confident in supervising and managing a team.

Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, you will ideally be a 4-8 PQE lawyer, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered. You will be passionate about developing your career in the Corporate sector and have a high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn, the ability to work effectively in a team and a passion for delivering excellent service to clients.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated PA to support, and be part of our senior management team in Estates and Facilities. You will proved a high quality and comprehensive service as PA to the Director of Operational Estates and Facilities, and support with wider senior team in a variety of activities. • PA to the Director of Operational Estates and Facilities together with administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) of the Estates and Facilities Division
• Manage multiple diaries
