Buckinghamshire College Group are looking for a forward thinking, student focused, pro-active individual to lead the Student Services provision over all three campuses. As Director - Student Services, the successful candidate will be based at Aylesbury Campus, but will travel between all campuses.
As a Director - Student Services the successful candidate will:
- To be responsible for the student services team including Progress Coaches and student services functions across all College campuses and continually improve the delivery of the student services provision.
- To lead on Safeguarding and Prevent ensuring that the college is fully compliant with all statutory duties and that students and staff are well informed about their rights and responsibilities through high quality training and procedures.
- To lead on careers education advice, guidance and progression and provide support and training for students in regard to personal development, positive behaviours, enterprise and employability skills.
