• Directing the Retirement and Benefits Branch, Workers' Compensation Branch, and Medical and Fitness Branch through subordinate supervisors.
• Coordinating services for employee benefits to include retirement benefits, workers' compensation benefits for employees injured while on duty, medical case management, and managing the CBP's Drug Free Workplace Program.
