We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team as the Associate Director, Portfolio Risk. As a Portfolio Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit management function of our lending portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including credit analysts, underwriters, and senior management, to develop and implement effective risk management strategies that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic sales initiatives, overseeing department financials, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role works closely with the Finance team and Director of Sales and marketing to align departmental goals with overall hotel targets, managing all group, transient, and catering sales activities to drive business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Reporting
