You'll be bringing Industry 4.0 to high-tech manufacturing, using our software to control robots, talk to machines and ultimately boost chip production.

As a Test Manager, you will support our customers on their journey to fully automated production through the implementation of versatile user interfaces. You will work closely with your colleagues in Germany as part of our international teams.

What you'll do:

• Development of test specifications and their coordination with the customer
• Development of automated tests for services
• UI test automatization
• Manual tests execution
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in connection with version tests and master data changes
• Responsibility for supporting the developer team
• You will be part of our team for customer specific system and product development

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in developing automated tests for services
• Good knowledge in C#, Python, relational databases, Git
• Experience with Windows/Linux/Test Frameworks and with message bus systems as well as with service-oriented and distributed systems
• Independent, diligent and structured way of working as well as commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking, creativity and enjoyment of complex processes and tasks
• Good knowledge of English and Chinese language, written and spoken

Useful industry-specific knowledge:

• ISTQB certified Tester
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Profound experience in Specflow or comparable BDD frameworks

1. Identify, develop & implement quality policies, procedures, plans & programs to ensure product conform to customer spec & requirement.

2. Responsible for plant wide QA function including incoming quality control, in-process quality control, outgoing quality control & process audit.

3. Interact with customer to understand customer quality requirement & ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Manage customer complaint & ensure timely feedback to customer on the CLCA.

5. Develop & manage supplier to improve on supplier incoming quality.

6. To define Customer Specific Requirement (CSR).

7. Setting quality objectives, present and review the KPI in Management Review meeting.

8. Liaise with production & engineering to resolve in-house quality issue and seek long term corrective & preventive action.

9. Authority and responsibility for corrective action are promptly informed of products or processes that do not conform to requirements to ensure that nonconforming product is not shipped to the customer and that all potential nonconforming product is identified and contained.

10. Implement & monitor the effectiveness of SPC and make sure all PIC attend the SPC training.

11. Initiate & drive for continuous quality improvement plans and Six Sigma Projects.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical or Material) or equivalent
• Knowledge in FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D problem solving.
• Able to interpret drawing and GD&T.
• Working experience in IQC, IPQC, OQC, Calibration and related job functions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

• To ensure the Production section will Assembled vehicles according to the Target Agreement without any failure and Assembly Defect.
• To ensure the assembly is having the require Quality Standard according to the Specification given by Principal and Present Value in the Program.
• To Prepare Production Forecast & Schedule
• Take a continuous improvement approach to manufacturing processes to ensure output improves and product quality meets specifications.
• To ensure the CKD & CBU Claims Report are up-to-date and to follow up with Principal for their action at the same time to monitor the Claim Parts delivery
• To Submit & Discuss Monthly Production Report to HOD (Production Activity)
• To achieve the Quality Target set for Assembly Product. Maintain High Standard of Product Quality & Zero Defect from all area. With systematic Approach & Measured the Effectiveness & Preventive Actions are taken
• Enforce and ensure adherence of Safety Guideline and Regulations for Staffs
• Monitor and Manage Staff Discipline, Welfare and Grooming
• To verify the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Report
