An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader at Llys Enfys Extra Care scheme in Cardiff on an 11-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The contract would run until September 2025.

This is an opportunity for you to develop, learn and grow whilst delivering safe, effective and high-quality leadership within across 104 units of older persons accommodation, our largest Extra Care scheme.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the scheme, including ensuring residents can maximise their independence and quality of life whilst receiving the appropriate care and support for their needs. You will also be responsible for the management of the building, health & safety, the domestic services team and will take an active role in overseeing the inhouse catering service.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team and have good communication skills to develop positive working relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Development Manager to join our Field Team, covering a geographical area within the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop their territory as the Budgens brand expands. The patch will cover the West Midlands including Wolverhampton, Worcester, Birmingham and Coventry.

As this is a field based role, you\\'ll receive a car allowance along with a company fuel card. More details will be provided at interview stage.

As a Retail Development Manager, you will be required to support our existing Budgens retailers in identifying growth opportunities. You will assist our retailers in creating and developing their business plans whilst providing support on implementation. By working closely with our retailers, you will be responsible for maintaining these important relationships and guiding retailers on how to maximise the effectiveness of our Budgens brand.

You will also be responsible for new business growth in your region through the recruitment of competitor stores and identifying new store opportunities for existing retailers.

You’ll have previous experience of working within the food retail and wholesale sector, with a particular focus on your local area and have an understanding of the social and economic factors affecting the area.

It’s essential that you’ve worked in a commercial environment with experience of developing business improvement plans as well as having direct experience of new business recruitment.

You’ll be a clear communicator who is customer focused with strong sales negotiation skills. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and can have an inventive approach to problem solving.

As this is a field based role, a full driving licence is essential.
