About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager at Soonta, you will play a vital role in expanding our brand and reaching new audiences. Your primary responsibilities will include developing targeted marketing plans, leading marketing initiatives, analyzing customer insights, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time (38 hr/ week)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities:
Develop positioning strategies, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans for various channels and customer segments.
Oversee the execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal resources to drive successful collaboration.
Analyze market insights, trends, and best practices to guide strategic planning.
Maintain analytics across platforms, gathering insights for campaign improvement and presenting formal recommendations.
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to enhance lead-nurturing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and direct creative briefs for advertising across print, digital, and video platforms.
Plan and execute multichannel campaigns, ensuring message alignment throughout.
Manage content updates for customer touchpoints, budget adherence, event participation, and process documentation.
Gather customer insights to inform outreach, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.
Track and analyze marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement.
Present strategies, campaigns, and budgets to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in developing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
