Our School Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our school is operationally stable, enabling us to deliver an excellent education to our students. In this role, you will be the vital link between our school and the regional team, ensuring seamless operational processes. You will report directly to the Principal and maintain a direct line to the senior leadership team and ensure our school remains effective and efficient in all its operations.
You're someone who'll be able to:
- Liaise with central/regional teams on operational matters and manage school-specific operations.
- Line manage School Facilities Managers and coordinate estates projects.
- Support HR coordination, including recruitment, induction, and performance management.
- Manage finance processes, including orders, invoices, cash, and credit card transactions.

You're someone who has:
- GCSE (good pass) or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Previous operational background with administrative, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Experience in an educational environment is desirable.
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
