What you will be doing:

Supply Chain Strategy:

Demand Planning:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Business and Transformation Team at CNWL in Milton Keynes as a Project Manager working with Community Health Services.

Milton Keynes Community Health Services provide a range of health services for both children and adults across Milton Keynes in community and inpatient settings. The NHS is currently in the midst of delivering a large-scale transformation programme in the NHS Long Term Plan which includes significant growth for Community Health Services. This role is key to the delivery of the ambitious and extensive transformation agenda in Community Health Services.

The role is based at Milton Keynes Trust HQ, which is located on the campus of Milton Keynes University Hospital. Whilst we’re unable to offer this as a remote role and the post holder will be required to work on site for part of their working week, we are happy to discuss what flexible working looks like for you.

Decontamination Team Leader - Maternity Cover Until 17th January 2025

Department: HSDU

Band 3 £24,071- £25,674 Per annum pro rata

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Early shift 8am – 4pm – Late shift 11am – 7pm(This also includes 1 Saturday in 4 and full participation in the weekend on call rota)

The department has a vacancy for a fixed term -full-time team leader to cover maternity leave. The team leader role encompasses direct supervision of technicians combined with full participation in the operational aspects of the department.

The Decontamination Unit provides a comprehensive decontamination service to theatres, wards and departments within the hospital complex. The unit processes reusable surgical equipment and medical devices.

As a clinical support service, the department operates from 8am – 7pm (Monday – Friday) and 8am – 4pm Saturday. An on-call system is in operation from 4pm Saturday until 8am Monday. This on call system forms part of the team leader role. The on call covers trauma & emergency service for theatres and departments out of hours

The current shift patterns are 8am – 4pm (early) and 11am – 7pm (late) on a rotational basis but the person appointed would need to flexible and change shifts at short notice to manage the needs of the service.

The ideal candidate will have recent HSDU experience and be familiar with the operational aspects of a Quality Management System.

IT Back Office Team Leader

We currently have an opening for an IT Back Office Team Leader to be a part of the Trust's Back Office Team.

You will be an integral part of a team delivering a business as usual service including technical, configuration and testing support across the full range of the Trust Electronic Patient Record (eCARE - Oracle Health Cerner Millennium) to over 6000 staff including in external organizations.

To be successful in this role you will need to have knowledge of the Oracle Health suite of applications used in eCare. Main duties and responsibilities

About the Regional Facilities Manager role

To oversee the Facilities Management of the Adults Specialist Services Division properties. Overseeing the capital improvements, maintenance and management of both site maintenance teams on larger sites and mobile maintenance team to smaller sites.

Managing Capex & R&M budgets and ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations.
This role would deal with around 20 sites varying from smaller domestic type properties to sites with multiple building.

The specialist services division cares for adults with a range of needs, from Learning disability, mental health, Autism and Neurological conditions and the role is to assist with ensuring a well maintained, safe built environment in a number of different settings.

Assisting the Divisional Facilities Manager and the Director of Facilities Management with the management of the Group’s Specialist Services Adults Division properties.

Regional Communications Manager

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on communications all-rounder with a breadth of skills to help deliver the strategic communications objectives for a national youth charity.

The charity is poised at an exciting phase of growth, with seven large scale youth centres (called Youth Zones) set to open over the next three years, a new three year organisational strategy, and an ambitious strategic communications strategy to support this in place.

About the Role

This is a key role within the communications team that will see you create understanding and awareness between the organisation and the key local and regional audiences that matter, as the charity embarks on its biggest ever period of growth.

This role will involve managing a small portfolio of local end-to-end integrated communications and PR programmes at various stages, to launch new Youth Zones in Barnsley, Crewe, Grimsby and Preston. You will work closely with each Youth Zone's Relationship Managers and Fundraisers, as well as its CEO, and Trustee Board, and Young People's Development Group, acting as their trusted communications advisor.

In addition, you will oversee and lead a fundraising focussed communications and marketing campaign to boost reach to new funders (who we call Founder Patrons) in the areas where there are new Youth Zones.

The breadth of this role means no two days are the same, which is why we are seeking somebody organised, dynamic and self-motivated with exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.

We will be looking for someone that can demonstrate a broad range of communications skills from working with local media to place newsworthy, positive stories around the Youth Zones development, to supporting the development of new Youth Zones websites.

Decontamination Team Leader - Maternity Cover Until 17th January 2025

Band 3 £24,071- £25,674 Per annum pro rata

The department has a vacancy for a fixed term -full-time team leader to cover maternity leave. The team leader role encompasses direct supervision of technicians combined with full participation in the operational aspects of the department.

The Decontamination Unit provides a comprehensive decontamination service to theatres, wards and departments within the hospital complex. The unit processes reusable surgical equipment and medical devices.

As a clinical support service, the department operates from 8am – 7pm (Monday – Friday) and 8am – 4pm Saturday. An on-call system is in operation from 4pm Saturday until 8am Monday. This on call system forms part of the team leader role. The on call covers trauma & emergency service for theatres and departments out of hours

The current shift patterns are 8am – 4pm (early) and 11am – 7pm (late) on a rotational basis but the person appointed would need to flexible and change shifts at short notice to manage the needs of the service.

The ideal candidate will have recent HSDU experience and be familiar with the operational aspects of a Quality Management System.
