Your Responsibilities

Account Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth within these accounts.  

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction with Choice products or services. 

• Monitor account performance, analyze trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to develop strategies to maximize sales and revenue from existing accounts to grow room night revenue. 

• Work proactively to retain customers, handle contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships 

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. 

• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers to discuss their account, our services, and how we can add further value to their business. 

• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to understand the competitive landscape and opportunities for account growth. 

Business Development

• Identify potential customers through research, networking and utilizing various leader generation techniques / channels. 

• Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and determining how our products and hotel brands can meet those needs. Understand their readiness to buy and capture market share driving incremental room night revenue to hotels.

• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales cycle 

• Initiate contact with customers through networking, industry events, and other communication channels, identifying key decision makers to secure new customers and grow / nurture high potential prospects.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about the customer’s industry,  competitive landscape, and market trends and gather feedback from prospects to develop sales strategies.

• Educate potential accounts about Choice brands and product offerings and how these can address their needs of solve problems.  

• Convert prospects to high performing accounts to increase the corporate customer base.

Account Administration

• Regularly update and maintain customer information in CRM system including contact details, account history, preferences, tasks, activities, customer meetings and interactions, formal contracts and agreements, etc.  

• Evaluate account performance and trends and proactively provide solutions to ensure account performance and continued growth 

• Draft sales proposals and contracts, manage contract renewals, define account strategy and negotiate new / existing contracts. 

• Participate in sales, brand, product, system or process training.  

• Perform account planning, customer analysis, needs assessment, relationship mapping including identifying key decision makers and influencers. 

• Develop and document account strategy, detailed action plan and specific activities to drive room night revenue and increase market share / share of wallet. 

• Prepare and conduct customer Quarterly Business Reviews / Planning Sessions.  

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Ability to travel up to 25% - 50%. 

• Location near major city – within 30 miles of major airport.  

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.   

• Knowledge of sales and research systems including: TravelClick Reporting (optional) & SalesForce CRM

Your Work Location

As our Global Sales Account Manager – Groups & MICE, you will be a remote based associate, working from your home. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in Rockville, MD or Scottsdale, AZ. Frequent nationwide travel will be required up to 25-50% of the time to visit conventions, franchisees, etc.

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is looking for a Full-Time RN Case Manager (RN) to join us in the El Paso, TX region. * Must live locally*

As a DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager you will support some of our most complex patients, assisting them in navigating a challenging healthcare system. Through medical record review and consultation, you will identify the medical, social, emotional, and financial needs of your patients with CKD/ ESKD and implement appropriate interventions. You’ll work autonomously and in collaboration with all members of the healthcare team to coordinate and facilitate quality, consistent, cost-effective care. 

Position Details:

• Location: Hybrid-Remote. Work from home (telehealth) and travel within an assigned geography for in-person visits (dialysis clinics and nephrology practices).
• Monday- Friday schedule with the ability to accommodate patient and nephrology partner’s availability. Must be flexible.
• Full-time position.
• Quickly build empathetic relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate care for patients’ care including care transitions, management of complex/at risk patients, managing ongoing needs and establishing a treatment plan in partnership with the care team.
• Identify and address social determinants of health including medical, emotional, education, community, and financial concerns.

• Assesses patients and work to identify unreported medical conditions or changes that may lead to adverse outcomes.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering care to patients with complex, chronic illnesses.

• Current RN License is required, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required with healthcare performance coaching.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook required.
• Home office with internet connectivity at a minimum of 1MB upload and 1MB download speed required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Case Management or Chronic Care Management
• 1+ years of utilization management experience
• Spanish-speaking preferred in some markets

The Integrate Kidney Care (IKC) Sr. Regional Operations Manager will lead the local IKC team (Regional Operations Supervisor, RNs and Care Coordinators). You will engage and collaborate with the other IKC teammates, and local dialysis providers to implement clinical initiatives, processes and procedures, and care plan developments for IKC patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs & IKC Care Coordinators who manage CKD and ESKD patients; responsible for team performance, productivity, and engagement and retention.

• In partnership with the Market Director and Nurse Practitioner Manager, you will build and maintain effective communications between market partners, resulting in strong relationships supportive of patient outcomes.
• Prioritizing patient visits to improve health outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Measure and track patient data and effectively communicate outcomes.
• Provide clinical support/ oversight to IKC Registered Nurses- (RN Care Managers)
• Complete audits on care plans, TOC and overall quality. And develop action plans to address gaps or deficiencies.
• Monitor risk management and quality assurance compliance.
• Manage all teammate employment/ HR activity such as scheduling, payroll, PTO, development plans, hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
• Manage regional budget- ensuring cost-effectiveness and appropriate operational expenses. Create and submit financial reports and analysis as needed.
• Travel required: 25% or more depending on the needs of the team, patients and providers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing highly preferred; Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading and managing teams required
• Experience in co-morbid, chronic disease, or nephrology exp. preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing to data-driven outcomes and process improvement required
• Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

Summary of Duties:

• Guide the overall technical implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials) business transformation program.
• Oversee the entire technical work of the Oracle Cloud implementation, work with internal team members, stakeholders ensuring the business processes are designed and meets the business requirements.
• Understand the customizations done at the program level and articulate the pros and cons of with an impact analysis of each customization and the value add.
• Research the latest technologies, develop and enforce standards and best practices, and play a key role in the overall architecture for the Order to Cash solution.
• Review business processes, identify gaps and approach the solution in tactical and strategic way.
• Review Oracle’s quarterly release package and educate the business stakeholders how the OOTB feature will benefit the program.
• Review and report the impact of taking on addition or deletion of customization to the program and do a feasibility study of what it will take to roll out the new features.
• Assisting with the business process review, design, development, E2E integration solutioning and recommend reliable and reusable business application flows that address ERP gaps and related application needs.
• Utilize and develop organizational best practices throughout the project lifecycle to deliver systems/applications that meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert knowledge of software development, its methodologies, and documentation including requirements analysis, architecture design, project plans, status reporting, process flow diagrams, functional requirements, SOW's, GAP analysis, test plans, training materials, and other items as needed to ensure the success of the program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study AND Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Oracle ERP Cloud Infrastructure; Oracle Cloud Business Process, Oracle Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Enhancements (RICE); Implementing multiple Oracle cloud projects, mainly Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle SCM cloud, and related Oracle EPM Cloud offerings, including Data and Analytics; Utilizing Oracle Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management; Utilizing various integration tools and exposure to all the PaaS solutions and tools; Run discovery sessions with internal stakeholders/business users, collect requirements, educate on Oracle cloud solutions/strategies, and independently develop proposals; Software architecture and designs that can be implemented by other teams; Cloud native applications and micro-services architectures to support integration solutions; Utilizing modern, cloud focused development workflows and architect highly available and scalable solutions; Understanding all of technical capabilities of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS from an extensions, Integration and reporting perspective, and be able to articulate technical solutions involving these limited features; and Modern programing and scripting languages (EL, Groovy, JavaScript or Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)).

Sun Holdings is seeking a Manager, Sales Tax, to manage all aspects of our sales tax process. This is an individual contributor role and includes, but not limited to, auditing returns, reconciling withholdings, submitting timely and accurate payments, software implementation to improve the process, educating staff to minimize assessments and serve as the point person for all sales tax audits.

The Manager, Sales Tax, is responsible for preparing and auditing monthly sales tax documents and updating software.  Additionally, the Manager, Sales Tax, will perform and post financial transactions in the general ledger requiring strong attention to detail, and carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to tax agencies via email and handling invoices) as needed.

The Manager, Sales Tax, will ensure the company’s sales tax payments are timely and accurate, and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The Integrate Kidney Care (IKC) Sr. Regional Operations Manager will lead the local IKC team (Regional Operations Supervisor, RNs and Care Coordinators). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IKC RNs & IKC Care Coordinators who manage CKD and ESKD patients; responsible for team performance, productivity, and engagement and retention.

• In partnership with the Market Director and Nurse Practitioner Manager, you will build and maintain effective communications between market partners, resulting in strong relationships supportive of patient outcomes.
• Prioritizing patient visits to improve health outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Measure and track patient data and effectively communicate outcomes.
• Provide clinical support/ oversight to IKC Registered Nurses- (RN Care Managers) * Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse license Required *
• Complete audits on care plans, TOC and overall quality. And develop action plans to address gaps or deficiencies.
• Monitor risk management and quality assurance compliance.
• Manage all teammate employment/ HR activity such as scheduling, payroll, PTO, development plans, hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
• Manage regional budget- ensuring cost-effectiveness and appropriate operational expenses. Create and submit financial reports and analysis as needed.
• Travel required: 25% or more depending on the needs of the team, patients and providers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing highly preferred; Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and managing teams required
• Experience in co-morbid, chronic disease, or nephrology exp. preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing to data-driven outcomes and process improvement required
• Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
• Current CPR/BLS certification required

Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 16 years related experience, with average experience of 16+ years. Requires sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional. Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents. Also may be responsible for leadership of a functional area on a small project or a segment of a larger project. As the lead, plans, budgets, organizes, coordinates and controls the project and is responsible for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and developing lower level professionals. This specific position is considered the Main Automation Contractor (MAC) Manager within the Coordinating Project Management Contractor (cPMC) Team for a Mega Scale International Program.  The MAC Manager will work under the Program Director to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard Instrumentation and Control Systems engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications within the overall MAC program. In-depth knowledge and experience with DCS/SIS/FGS for large scale projects is a must. Knowledge and experience with Traditional, Remote I/O, and Foundation Fieldbus signal is required.

Responsibilities:

·        Evaluation of MAC suppliers based on program guidelines.

·        Prepare accurate and complete evaluation reports and prepare professional presentations of the evaluations.

·        Meet directly with our International Client to present the MAC Evaluation Results.

·        Coordinate with other disciplines and assist engineers and/or designers to ensure effective quality product.

·        Keep up to date on new engineering processes, techniques, and IMS and standards.

·        Investigate and resolve unusual design and field engineering problems by devising new approaches.

·        Ensure that effective methods and design/engineering techniques are used.

·        Resolve project issues and problems.

·        Provide technical guidance to the design team.

·        Collaborate with design team to maximize design value.

·        Provide employee performance feedback to discipline manager.

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification/ Certification:

·        BS degree in Control System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with 16 plus years of hands-on engineering experience strongly preferred in petrochemical, midstream or other heavy industries.

·        Excellent verbal, written communication skills required.

·        Knowledge of Instrument calculation computer applications.

·        Ability to integrate new technologies into daily work processes.

·        Experience working with other disciplines understanding their interface requirements.

·        Experience with design and/or construction of plants desirable.

·        Knowledge of NEC, IEC , ISA & IEEE standards, methods and practices.

Purpose of Job :

Effectively operate front desk position for distributorship including phones, paperwork and general accounting

Job Components:

• Upload and download handhelds on a weekly basis
• Process handheld data in a timely manner
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable including auditing, paying and filing vendor invoices according to IBSA policy and procedure, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders and delivery tickets accurately and timely.
• Maintain and diplomatically collect accounts receivable within budgeted targets for day’s sales outstanding and percent current to 60 days past invoice date.
• Verify deposits to be timely and accurate
• Maintain dealer files
• Back-up computer on a daily basis
• Run End of Month efficiently, accurately and on a timely basis including transmission of operating results, reports and expenses  to corporate office in time for month end accounting close and preparation of Distributorship’s financial statements..
• Process and copy (if necessary)  mail on daily basis
• Keep office stocked with supplies
• Maintain inventory count and research variations between physical count and accounting records.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
• Basic computer skills required, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to collect past due accounts without loosing client relationship.
• Excellent phone skills
• Minimum 1-year accounting or bookkeeping experience including appreciation of  basic audit procedures
• One-year administration experience. Preferably in wholesale distribution industry.
• Touch ten key ability
