Facilities and Logistics Manager

The Facilities and Logistics Manager will serve as program leadership’s subject matter expert regarding facility policies, regulations, and command directives. You'll act as the central property book accountant for a training support program, consolidating all property records into a central tracking device, and will be familiar with GCCS-A and current Army Property tracking tools.
The Mission Command Facilities and Logistics Manager will lead efforts in establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP) and technical guidance products. You will be familiar with Army funding streams and be able to work with training command leadership providing strategic resource and facility management and advice to the mission command training enterprise to coordinate total program funding. You Have:
Experience as a battalion supply lead, operations lead, or facility manager
Knowledge of GCCS-A, Army funding streams, and current Army Property tracking tools
Ability to travel 10% annually
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with facility management and logistics supporting military operations or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with facility management and logistics supporting military operations
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with the Army Reserve, Army Reserve Readiness Divisions, military installation Department of Public Works (DPW), Army training exercises, conducting command post operations and simulations operations
Knowledge of facilities and logistical management at a Brigade or Division level
Ability to interface with a wide variety of personnel
Ability to handle stress, work in a dynamic environment, self-starter, and work on teams
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
Completion of Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Senior Leaders Course (SLC), or Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE)
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
