Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

Your main responsibilities:


- Provide the maintenance, service, and repair function on both a hands-on and appointment & supervision of external sub-contractor’s basis.
- Undertake cyclic maintenance and service works on a hands-on basis to satisfy those requirements as set out in the company’s computer aided test, inspection, maintenance, and service asset management plan.

As our Head of Workforce Investigations Unit, you will report to the Assistant Director of Workforce (Employee Relations) and lead a small team of investigators overseeing complex and sensitive workforce investigations, in addition to your own caseload.

You will need experience of undertaking workforce investigations within an NHS or other healthcare setting. You may be an HR professional with extensive employee relations and investigations experience, or an experienced investigator with formal training and experience of working with NHS/healthcare organisations. 1. To lead the Workforce Investigations Team within the Trust, monitoring caseload and investigation quality and analysing trends in investigations.

The Clinical Innovation Adoption Senior Project Manager will:
• Facilitate the adoption and adaption of innovations across the region by engaging and working with clinicians and managers from providers and commissioners and the HIOTV on projects that address clinical priorities as identified nationally and locally.
• Identify and assess innovations suitable for adoption; this includes NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) projects and activities.

• Work closely with the HIOTV’s Strategic and Industry Partnerships (commercial team) to support commercialisation of innovations as appropriate.

• Work with the CIA PMO to determine resource requirements to ensure that the team skills are engaged for delivery.
• Work closely with the regional medicines management team to implement and report on uptake of NICE TAs linked to national, regional and local programmes.
• Agree clear evaluation criteria and health economics with the commissioning organisations to enable decisions to scale or reject the innovation and service transformation.
• Agree monitoring arrangements for uptake and provide monthly reports against implementation plans. These reports will go to the Clinical Innovation Adoption Oversight Group, programme boards and NHSE.
• Identify risks and issues that are preventing rollout and escalate these (and plans for mitigation) to the CIA Oversight Group.
• Set up and manage innovation pipeline documentation for ease of access for HIOTV programmes and regional partners.
• Use the suite of high quality project templates for technology adoption to manage the process of market analysis, implementation and measuring/monitoring for projects.
• Work with the project and programme leads to ensure documentation is of a high quality and proportionate to the size and risk of the projects and programmes.
• Lead on set up and delivery of study design, real world evaluation and service evaluation.
• Attend and contribute to the relevant programme boards.
