About the Role
Base Location: Cardiff, Reading or Perth - this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week from the advertised location.
Salary: £49,559 - £56,757 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?
As the Sales Support Manager you will lead Business Energy Sales Support teams, supporting the integration and migration of work as we implement new systems and growing the sales support team capability. The role will oversee complex business process, ensuring our administrative functions are executed with quality and enable our wider sales and service teams to support our customers. As part of your role you will:
- Deliver excellent performance through developing the capability of team managers and their teams.
- Support the Sales leadership team with all admin based functions to facilitate all sales.
- Develop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Have responsibility for delivering the day to day running of a multi-faceted support department.
- Ensure data controls meet regulatory and internal safety measurements to ensure we deliver on our commitments.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Demonstratable experience of leading multiple team managers with responsibility for decision making in a customer service function.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with experience of working in a leadership role managing multiple managers.
- Strong performance management skills.
- The ability to adapt to reactive business needs with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship management skills.
