JOB DESCRIPTION
- HR Strategy: collaborate with the leadership team on formulating people strategy and initiatives that are aligned with the corporate objectives and based on priority
- Organisation Development: analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business.
- Employee Engagement: positively impact employees by cultivating a highly integrity culture and performance-driven working ethics, to achieve the employees' satisfaction and healthy corporate / environment culture
- Employee Relations: facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns. Investigate allegations of employees’ misconduct and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Talent Development: drive talent review process and review with leaders to create individual development and succession plans to improve the human capabilities.
- Manpower Planning: forecast and plan ahead the manpower needs for the business to ensure the readiness of the human resources in meeting the business demands.
- Ensure prompt HR solutions are delivered in line with the business needs and fully comply with the related standard & legislation.
- Manage and provide the prompt support in the day-to-day HR matters, to ensure no outstanding HR issue that affect the daily operations and business.
- Spearhead all the HR policies, procedures and strategic HR initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
- Ensure all the necessary standards and processes are in compliance and alignment of the HR practices across different business units.
- Collaborate with the leaders in the business to design job descriptions and targets (KPI) in driving the high-performance culture through performance management.
- Handle & coordinate HR related issues such as onboarding, benefits, employment terms compliance, disciplinary issues and exit procedures.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
- Assist in conducting effective training needs analysis on a yearly and ongoing basis to determine the organization’s development needs.
- Manage training budget and monitor the usage of HRDC funds to ensure the funds are fully and effectively utilized.
- Lead ISO Audit, Customer Audit and Internal Audit process to ensure effective and complied to respective quality standards.
- To liaise with third parties on matters related to the company’s ISO (QMS) and audit. The third parties shall include certification body, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the overall ISO functions (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) throughout the company.
JOB SPECIFICSTIONS:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5-7 years working experience with 3 years managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of candidate’s assessment and selection methods
- Work closely in all phases of the recruitment process, by establishing and feeding recruitment files and arrangements for interviews.
- Familiar with performance improvement plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge or familiar with of labor law and HR best practices.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management.
