Location: Home working, with regular travel to Groundwork South offices in Torbay, Bristol, Hastings or Denham

Community charity Groundwork South has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Delivery Manager to manage our refugee integration projects operating across the South of England.
The successful candidate will lead on project management tasks, including operational delivery, financial & KPI management, team management, and monitoring and evaluation. The Delivery Manager will also support the team via direct delivery to participants, as well as leading on local partnership development and fundraising initiatives.
This role will lead on the “Jobs for Hongkongers” project, which is a national initiative delivered by The Growth Company, Groundwork, and other partners. This programme aims to support Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders in finding sustainable and meaningful employment through an 8-week course designed to enhance their employability.
This role will also manage smaller integration projects, such as the Travelling Together project funded by Great Western Railway, to support refugees, asylum seekers and non-EU migrants to settle into life in the UK by increasing their confidence using the rail network.
Main duties:
Project manage and coordinate the programme of activities across the South of England.
Lead and line manage the delivery team, as well as supporting with delivery.
Manage and develop partner and stakeholder relationships, externally and internally for the project.
Ensure professional compliance in financial processes, administrative systems and procedures.
