Independently conducts group guidance sessions of a varying nature. They may focus on helping the individual offender understand and live within the complex family circumstances and assist him in developing new adjustment techniques. The Case Manager helps the offender view problems objectively and to deal with them realistically. Routinely deals with community resources to secure information and develop release plans. The Cemetery Caretaker Leader will also perform a variety of seasonal grounds maintenance tasks associated with interments, gardening, grounds maintenance and facilities maintenance on cemetery property.

Receives work assignments from the Supervisor (Operations Foreman). Relays to other workers instructions received from the supervisor, provides adequate work for the entire crew. Ensures that required plans, equipment, materials, tools, and appropriate supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks are obtained from appropriate sources. Brings to the Foreman's attention any shortages of personnel, equipment, or other resources that may have impact on the work.
