Execute customer plans for volume development and maintain customer service for all stores in the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume, collection and profit targets.
- Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
- Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
- Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
- Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
- Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
- Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
- Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
- Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customers’ satisfaction.
- Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category, and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
- To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
