The caseload covers a broad range including end of life care, admission avoidance and support for timely hospital discharge. The team also provide clinical support for our Urgent Community Response support workers between the hours of 5pm 10pm. An opportunity has arisen for a Senor Mental Health Nurse to join our multi disciplinary team. As an Senior Mental Health Practitioner, the post holder will provide high standards of evidence based client centred care to children and young people with mental health [CYPMH] problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.

KEY DUTIES
• Ensure good and professional communication pathways are maintained within the respective teams, trainees and the wider stakeholder groups including NHSE, GMC and BMA Acting as an advocate for the service.

These are full time posts within the MRI although rotating into to another imaging modalities may be arranged. St Neots Neurological Service is located in the centre of town and provides assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both males and females suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions, which is provided by a highly experienced team based on site.
