Job Responsibilities:-

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all new-vehicle sales employees.
• Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
• Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
• Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Provides effective communication throughout the new-vehicle department as well as interdepartmentally.
• Ensures that new-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Oversees the efforts of new-vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
• Works with salespeople on programs that will increase the new-car gross and F&I penetration.
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. Reporting to the Workforce Support Leader, this individual will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations, and co-own employee engagement and satisfaction for the region

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees for employee relations related inquiries, complaints and customer service(e.g. case management, policy or protocol navigation).
• Support managers on HR related activities such as promotions, investigations, absenteeism management, corrective actions, PIPs, terms and restructuring activities.
• Assist HR workforce support leadership regarding policy reviews, policy
• improvements, training opportunities etc.
• Work in strong collaboration with other workforce support tiers to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely, friendly and comprehensive way.  
• Support leaders on finding and using resources on core processes such as GPS, Performance Management, Development etc.  
• Master our digital toolset, in particular ad.a/Servicenow. Support and resolve regional employee relations issues using servicenow. Continually look for ways to use technology to aid HR and EE experience.
• Support key projects focused on new process or capability development/enhancement.

• In charge of identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects.

• To create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.

• Updating fixed assets in compliance with company policy and accounting. Assigning tag numbers to fixed assets.

• To record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

• Tracking the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.

• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.

• To calculate, validate depreciation calculation for all fixed assets with providing the analysis.

• Investigating the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.

• Conducting periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.

• Conducting periodic physical counts of fixed assets.

• Supporting month-end closing process in fixed assets related matters.  

• To prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

• Tracking company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
