*Provide support and quality customer service to clients.
*To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email promptly.
(Liaise with different party for shipment delivery schedules)
*Manage telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
*Take note of customers' requests and follow-up actions to fulfil customer's request
*Work and coordinate with customers for shipment delivery schedule
*Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
*Maintain and update customer’s records.
*To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately.
(E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, boat vouchers and transaction records are well-maintained. etc).
*Maintain a good relationship and rapport with vessel crew, officers and representative.
*To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
Job Requirements
*Minimum O level/Diploma or any other equivalent.
*Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
*Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
*Passion for customer service and a good team player.
*Training will be provided.
