Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong ability to identify market trends, generate leads, and close sales deals.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
· Develop and present tailored business proposals to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
· Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and sales reports.
· Monitor industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
· Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations, and contracts.
· Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Job Requirement:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
· Experience in IT or Communication Business Solution for B2B sales will be an advantage
· Experience in Contact Centre operations will be an advantage
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
