JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in reviewing or preparing monthly closings, financial statements, management reports, sustainability reports, and financial analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation.
• Oversee Account payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc.
• Oversee Account receivable function, such as collection and reconciliation of client’s statement etc.
• Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
• Assist your manager on company audit engagement and accounting job including administrative matters.
• Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing audit inquiries.

Job Scope
