Position Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journey to meet with Successful Personality to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting the achievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range of products offering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule and conduct interviews with personalities in the designated markets (Malaysia, Singapore) following BPH's standardized questionnaires

- Conduct a minimum of 10-15 interviews monthly, both virtually and face-to-face

- Product presentation & offering to the personality

- Drafting the biography & other relevant information in our CRM system

- Follow up with personalities for biography confirmation

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Admin team to achieve both personal and company targets 

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years sales experience 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English are essential

4) Fast Learner and passion for sales

5) Strong writing, interpersonal , communication & listening skills.

6) Ambition & Drive

7) Willingness to accept responsibility & to embrace work challenges

8) Self motivated & able to work independently

Job Scope:

1. Lead Generation:
   • Identify and generate potential leads from various channels, such as databases, online platforms, and industry directories.
   • Reach out to potential clients in the construction industry through cold calls, emails, and follow-up communications.
2. Product Promotion:
   • Explain and promote Solid Horizon's products and services, focusing on construction-related offerings like portable cabins, containers, and modular buildings.
   • Tailor product presentations to suit the needs and interests of different construction clients.
3. Client Engagement:
   • Establish and maintain good relationships with prospective and current clients.
   • Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
4. Sales Support:
   • Work closely with the sales team to assist in scheduling appointments and setting up meetings for the sales team to close deals.
   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
5. Market Research:
   • Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help the team improve marketing and sales strategies.
6. Target Achievement:
   • Achieve monthly and quarterly call and sales targets set by the company.
   • Provide regular updates on performance and lead conversion rates.

• Coordinate Fashion roadshow event daily.
• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase it.
• Provide product training and monitoring competitors sales activities.
• Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products.
• Achieve sales target and report on sales performance regularly
• Identify and attend to customers' needs and enquiries on our products.
• Collect and update information/feedback to your team on sales and status
