Job Requirements
- Tertiary level education in Diploma/Degree, post graduate or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferably able to converse in Third language.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point etc.), SQL and MYOB accounting software and databases.
- Able to work in Top Glove Tower - Setia Alam
Job Responsibilities
- To assist the full set of accounting, audit, and tax processes;
- To ensure that accounting records adhere to internal and external regulations;
- To generate monthly financial and management reports;
- To supervise the preparation of complete financial statements;
- To contribute to the enhancement and improvement of internal controls and procedures;
- To participate in the preparation of financial reports;
- To manage the account payables and account receivable functions;
- To ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions;
- To maintain digital and physical financial records;
- To monitor daily cash flow and treasury activities;
- To conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve any issue arise;
- To analyze financial data and generate detailed monthly financial reports of AP/ AR, payroll and bank reconciliations report to management timely;
- To coordinate with clients and vendors to rectify payment and billing issues;
