Your new role

Sales Ledger/Credit Control

• Review new customers applications
• Log customer queries
• Chase overdue accounts
• Monthly stop list for overdue accounts
• Review & Release orders from credit hold
• Send invoices/credits daily
• Generate & send monthly statements
• Review credit limits & close old accounts
• Liaise with sales team
• Attend monthly meetings with all credit controllers across the group

Purchase Ledger

• Processing invoices/credits daily
• Filing invoices with associated delivery notes
• Supplier statement reconciliation monthly
• Processing month end payments

Manage petty cash & posting monthly journalCustomer cash posting & matching dailyUpdating & balancing cashbooks daily/monthly to bank
What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Good basic Excel skills with ability to explain to others, as well as open to learning new techniques
• Confident when initially meeting new colleagues within the Group and able to propose potential new processes or approaches
• Hard working and prepared to support colleagues at busy times
• Attention to detail

Pupils at RAP receive1:1 learning support from a Teaching Assistant, who works closely with the RAP coordinator to create the best provision specific to that pupil. Learning takes place both on- and off-site. The RAP team is a very collaborative and supportive team, that prioritises the well-being of pupils and staff and works enthusiastically to achieve the best outcomes for the pupils in our care.Some Responsibilities:• Supervise and provide particular support for students with sever and complex needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
• Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual need, providing comfort and care at appropriate times.
• To support all aspects of the EHCP.
• To provide support in the delivery of the school’s curriculum.
• To escort students to and from transport, safely and efficiently, in accordance with school policy and procedures.
• Encourage students to interact with others, work co-operatively, ensuring all students are engaged in activities appropriate for their age and special needs which may include participating in physical activities if required.Please note that lone working is essential as well as a driving license with access to a car.Riversides School is part of Central Learning Partnership Trust (CLPT) a multi academy trust. • Experience of Phonics

Education and qualifications

• Maths & English GCSE qualifications at Grade C
• Relevant professional qualification at Level 3
• 3years experience of working in the care of children
