• Manages division level internal controls on various directorate/division projects

• Provide guidance and assistance to the Director and Chief Resident in planning and developing continuing medical education (CME) programs in accordance with standards prescribed by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

• Hand instruments to the surgeon during procedures by anticipating the surgeon's needs.
• Maintain alertness for complications developing during surgery such as hemorrhage, shock and cardiac arrest and immediately supplies instruments, drugs, and supplies to correct the condition.

Position located at a Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) which consists of multiple institutions composed of various security levels.

Responsible for assisting in the organization, planning, implementation and evaluation of the following types of education programs: Adult Continuing Education, Literacy, General Education Development, English as a Second Language, parenting education, Post- Secondary Education, Occupational/Vocational education, special learning needs programs, release readiness, and leisure library and law library.

Frequently modifies and improves upon the existing programs and activities by updating course content and instructional methodology.

Makes periodic evaluations of academic and vocational programs, and keeps abreast of constantly changing developments.

Assists in determining program needs and establishing incentive programs and motivational techniques to meet the needs of a challenging and potentially resistant student population.

• Incumbent's main job duty will focus on instructing patrons of a recreational facility in horsemanship, applying practical knowledge of equestrian activities.
• May be required to occasionally lead a trail ride.
• The rare possibility exists that incumbent may be required to assist with individual rentals, boarding, group events, special events, feeding, care of horses, or basic maintenance repairs of riding equipment.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle to deliver horses to special events.
